What is Erotic Photography?

Erotic photography is art that focuses on the sensual beauty of the body. This may involve nudity or simply be implied. Props or themes may be used to tell a story in unique ways. Options such as see-through lingerie or pasties may be used to make the client more comfortable or ease into the shoot. There is no truly official definition but there are common elements.

What are those common elements?

Expression is through body language over facial expressions. You may even be silhouetted to focus the eye on the curves of your body. Posing focuses on the sensual with a story to tell vs the more “standard” posing in lingerie of a more typical boudoir session. The focus may show a single feature of the body such as breasts or legs. Outfits can be as simple as a body harness or nothing at all.

Why Shoot Erotic Photography?

As we began shooting boudoir, we discovered some clients were interested in seeing themselves in a more sensual way but felt awkward and uncomfortable asking about it directly. They loved their session but admitted they wished they tried “more”. We decided to bring it up as an option for any client to either shoot exclusively or just incorporate into their scheduled shoot. Not only is it perfectly fine but it can be a lot of fun.

We offer everything from our usual photoshoots as well as a few fun extras. You’re welcome to utilize our wide collection of body jewelry, body harnesses and various other props such as handcuffs to satisfy the style you’re looking for. All of this comes at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Currently we offer the use of items ranging from popular strap teddies and tops from Victoria Secret to handcrafted leather cuffs and chokers from Mariemur. We’re always adding new things and you are welcome to bring your own as well.
